iOS 7 Features: Log On/Off Session “Kids Mode” Prototype.

The New iOS 7 Welcome Screen is tied to feature called “Guest, Kids Mode or Personal”.

This feature lets a user leave all his programs running if another user needs to use the Your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. The first user can Log Off the session and Switch User back to the Login Screen so that another person can use the device. When the second person is done, the user can switch back to his profile with all the programs still running where they left off.
