iPad Air 2 Touch ID

TSMC has released the first batch of fingerprint sensors Touch ID, which will be equipped with iPhone 6 (iPhone Air), iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3. Insiders confirm that the fingerprint sensors are produced by subsidiaries of TSMC - Xintec and Suzhou Crystal Semiconductor. In January this year it was reported that TSMC will begin production of sensors in the second quarter of 2014 , applying the 12-inch WLP- components. However, in February, rumors arose that TSMC will use 8 -inch WLP- components, as well as in the production of iPhone 5S.

IPad Air Equipment and iPad mini with Retina display sensor Touch ID coincides with the opinion of KGI Securities analyst Ming- Chi Kuo (Ming-Chi Kuo), who stated that both devices will get upgraded processors and various other improvements.
