One of the biggest changes in iOS 6 is the complete change in the Maps app. Apple is no longer using Google’s mapping service to tell you where to go or where you are right now. Instead, they’ve partnered with TomTom and OpenStreetMap to create a beautiful 3D Maps app that also includes voice navigation (finally!).
Confirmed: This works for the iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and the iPod touch 4th generation.

You must have iOS 6 installed on your device to follow this tutorial.

1: Jailbreak your iOS 6 installation using the tethered jailbreak. (Download Redsn0w Jailbreak tool for iOS 6 - here)

2: Install Cydia.

3: Launch Cydia.

4: Go to Sources -> “Edit” -> “Add” -> write “http://rpetri.ch/ios6/” -> click “Add Source”

5: Go to “Search” -> search “Unlock iOS 6 Maps” -> Install this tweak.

6: Done
