Samsung Galaxy S IV or coming in Samsung ATIV S Windows Phone 8 smartphone instead of a quad-core processor featured in current Galaxy S3. 2GB SD RAM, 4-inch Super Amoled HD screen with corning 2 Gorilla glass, 13 megapixel primary camera, 1.9 megapixel front-facing HD camera and will be available in 8GB and 16GB memory variants with an option of expandable storage capacity via MicroSD card.

The phone will have a 2200 mAh battery and other features will include dual antenna Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and micro USB. Galaxy S IV is planned to be launched in all 5 colors in which Galaxy S3 is right now available and two new colors Rose Pink and Lemon Grass are strongly rumored as well.

The screen of Galaxy S IV is going to be 0.8-inch smaller than Galaxy S3 which exactly not making it a smaller version of Galaxy S3 but the Samsung has decreased the width of the screen to make Galaxy S IV more handy to hold just like what Apple has done with the iPhone 5. The new screen will have a resolution of 1220-by-640 with 16:10 aspect ratio.

Samsung Galaxy S IV will come with Android 4.1 Jellybean pre-installed with customized TouchWiz UI 4.0 in it.
