As we all know that iOS 5.1 can currently only be jailbroken tethered on A4 devices while the A5 devices can’t be jailbroken at all. Good news for iOS 5.0.1 owners, you can also enjoy iPhoto 5.0.1 and updated iMovie on iOS 5.0.1.

Something promising has surfaced today on Cydia. The brain behind Cydia, Jay Freeman (aka Saurik) has recently caching SHSH blobs for 5.0.1 in preparation for the upcoming 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak.
